About

United Wholesale is a second-generation family owned and operated business supplying cabinets and appliances to builders and remodelers. Founded in May of 1991 by Jerry Robinson, the company was originally formed to provide cabinets and appliances to builders due to the lack of wholesale cabinet suppliers in the South Sound. Jerry’s experience in the industry was formed at past suppliers including, Herr, and Modern Supply along with being a remodel contractor in the greater Puget Sound area.  In 2000, the company expanded its focus to include the remodel market. Builders and homeowners can choose from a range of cabinet lines from builder spec through full custom.

Through the years, United Wholesale has kept its focus on being locally owned and operated. They have expanded to 3 locations: Kent, Bellevue, and Lacey, to better serve our clients. They have 21 people on their team and feature 7 cabinet lines and 15 appliance brands.

Our Leadership Team

The leadership team of United Wholesale consists of 3 brothers: Dan Garber, Chris Robinson, and Luke Robinson. Each has spread their wings and brought their unique talents and experience back to United Wholesale to make it the strong, dynamic, customer focused company it is today.

Dan Garber grew up in Federal Way, Washington. He started out working in the family business as a warehouse and delivery driver. When it was time to expand, he found his strength in sales. Working as a designer in sales he found his background in architecture led to working with remodel clients. He enjoys working with homeowners to create their kitchen and finding the right product for the most challenging of projects regardless of budgets.

Chris Robinson grew up in Des Moines, WA.  He joined the company in 2000 after spending several years as a System Administrator.  Having worked through purchasing and sales he settled into credit along with managing the majority of the technology for the company.

Luke Robinson grew up in Des Moines, Washington.  He started working at United as a young child helping out wherever needed.  An avid and fast learner, he quickly became involved in every aspect of the company and carries that “do anything” attitude to this day.  “It’s never an issue of IF we can do it or not, it’s HOW will we get it done?”  Landing in the Operations and purchasing end of United, he enjoys the hands on aspect of doing everything from cleaning the floors and unloading trailers of cabinets to negotiating the best deal on cabinets for our customers.
